If you’re here, chances are you’d like to get to know me—the person behind the coaching sessions, the blog posts, and the questions that aim to challenge your comfort zone. This is more than an introduction. It’s my honest story of how life, psychology, and transformation brought me to the work I do today.
Get to Know Me Through My Coaching Story
Like many coaches, I didn’t start my journey knowing this would be my path. For a long time, I lived in confusion, exhaustion, and self-doubt. I was stuck in an emotionally abusive relationship, trying to “fix” myself to make things work—when in reality, what needed to change was the situation itself.
Therapy opened my eyes. It helped me realize that I wasn’t broken—I was surviving. That shift in perspective was the beginning of my transformation. It also sparked a deep interest in psychology. At first, I was studying it for myself. But soon, I realized I wanted to help others find the same clarity and freedom I had discovered.
How Coaching and Psychology Shaped Me
As you get to know me, you’ll learn that I don’t choose between psychology and coaching—I blend them. Psychology gave me insight into how we form patterns and defense mechanisms. Coaching gave me tools to help people move forward, with clarity and direction.
This combination became the foundation of my practice. I became a certified transformational coach and continue to follow the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In my sessions, I often use:
-
Visualization and reflective exercises
-
Logical Levels (Dilts’ Pyramid)
-
Metaphorical cards and coaching games
-
Self-awareness tools drawn from psychological practice

What You’ll Discover As You Get to Know Me
When people get to know me, they usually expect someone “strong.” What they find is someone real. I’ve dealt with chronic illness, inner conflict, loneliness, and big life transitions. I’ve also found peace, purpose, and power in unexpected places.
I don’t believe in perfection or toxic positivity. Growth is often messy and non-linear. But it’s also deeply rewarding. I bring this mindset into every coaching session.
More than anything, I want to help others get to know themselves in a deeper way—just like I’ve had to.
What Coaching Means to Me
Coaching is not just a profession. For me, it’s a calling. It’s about showing up fully present with another human being and saying, “I see you. Let’s figure this out together.” It’s not about giving answers—it’s about creating space where the right questions can arise.
And as you get to know me, you’ll notice that I coach the way I live: with curiosity, courage, and care.
Why My Personal Story Matters
I often say that we teach best what we’ve had to learn the hardest. My story is what allows me to meet clients with genuine empathy. I’ve been where they are—trapped in self-doubt, overwhelmed by change, unsure of the next step.
Because of that, I work without judgment. I bring structure and softness. I believe in deep transformation—but only at your pace.
Looking Ahead
As of today, I’m still learning. Still healing. Still growing. And I’m proud of that. My story isn’t a neatly tied-up journey—it’s a living, breathing process. And if you’ve made it this far, thank you. I hope this helped you get to know me a little better.
